| I am looking at purchasing a TT. I ran a carfax check on it and everything looks clear and has no problem. However, the car is originally from Florida, then after half of it's life in Florida it was purchased and taken to Illinois, and now it is here in SoCal. The only problem carfax shows is that the car was not able to pass smog once about 6 months ago that the previous owner blamed the O2 sensors. He had them changed and the car pass smog. Would there be any chance that this car was damaged severely in Florida and was repaired? Visually the car checks out ok and according to the owner it was never in any accidents.
I have nightmares about that happening...I'd be the poor bastard you'd hear about on the news that gets killed by a softball-size chunk while spreading out my body over the hood and screaming "Nooo!" Probes suck, that's just all there is to it. - 300ZXpert (someday) on April 04, 2005 at 11:35 PM P.S. You REALLY are on here at ALL hours!
